Restoring Gun Rights in 50 States

by Chaplain Purpura

Reposted from RoseAnn Basilotti Salanitri

Anyone concerned about the infringements on our Second Amendment should read this article by Chaplain Purpura. And then, please take the recommended action at the end. It will take you all of 5 minutes.

Gun Owners Headed To Victory

Have any of you heard of the most comprehensive RICO lawsuit in New Jersey’s history? It is a lawsuit that is capable of restoring every citizen’s gun rights in all fifty states. That is, it will restore every law abiding person’s 2nd Amendment Constitutional right to “bear arms” either by open or concealed carry. This lawsuit is now before the Supreme Court of the United States, Docket No. 17-280; Purpura v. Gov. Christie, et al. This legal action includes as defendants many New Jersey legislators, Judges, and Police Chiefs.

Unfortunately, in this final stage, this lawsuit is being swept under the rug by the enemies of our free Republic. Enemies such as leftist politicians in both parties and of course the grandest of all traitors, the Main Stream Media. We have come too far, fought too hard, invested too much to allow that to happen.

This case before the Supreme Court, contains three fundamental legal arguments. It is these three arguments which will bring full force and constitutional compliance to the disparate ruling of some states, such as that of New Jersey. Each of the three arguments is presented separately since each one is based upon previously affirmed findings by the Supreme Court of the United States as well as by established statutory law.

1. In the first argument Petitioner proved that all administrative laws and restrictions must be ruled “null and void”, if not instituted by Congress. Any such Administrative Law is in violation of the 9th Amendment which protects “federalism”. The Supreme Court, in two recent cases: 2008, Bond v. United States, 09-1127; and 2015, Department of Transportation et al, v. Assoc. of American RR. No. 13-1080 unanimously stated that unconstitutional administrative law “is no law at all”!

2. The second argument, is based upon statutory law. The RICO statute mandates that the Defendants named as conspirators must admit or deny a Petitioner’s allegations. The response is required to be proffered with particularity and specificity. Failure to follow those edicts require an automatic forfeiture. In this RICO action, the named Defendants, having no sustainable legal argument or defense, failed to submit even a general denial. Instead however they attempted to rely on invented technicalities while apparently acting in connivance with the Judge who ignored the Federal Rules of the Court. It is not surprising, that is the ignoring of the Forfeiture Rule, since the proper adherence to it would have mandated the full restoration of your Second Amendment rights. Let it also be noted; Defendants (Officials of the State of New Jersey, as well as the Federal Government to include private personal attorneys were unable to refute the Petition before the Supreme Court and waived their right to argue, and thereafter, by use of a private attorney, submitted a false document which erroneously claimed that the case had been dismissed. Dismissed by the way, by a Judge whom had no legal jurisdiction to do so. Both attorney and judge were well aware of the lack of jurisdiction.

3. Lastly, the third argument might surprise one who has been involved with cases concerning the 2nd Amendment. It is not based upon Heller, McDonaldnorCaetano, it’s based upon numerous Supreme Court precedence which were adjudicated prior to the findings of the above referenced cases. Those previous precedence support the nullification of every unconstitutional firearm restriction throughout these United States.

This case has legal force behind it. What is needed, at this time, to aid in making the Supreme Court aware of this case, is for publicity. I ask you to write to the:

Supreme Court of the United States

1 First Street N.E.

Washington DC. 20543

The correspondence should respectfully request they expedite and hear Docket No. 17-280 Purpura v. Christie et al., the restoration our Constitutional Second Amendment Right depend on this case. If this fails, there will be no other for many years and possibly, forever.

In your letter, please be respectful. Thank them for their consideration.

Your letters may well provide the impetus required to get this case heard.

Too many beautiful young men and women, throughout our history have given all to keep us free. Many of you took an oath to protect our Constitution against all enemies, domestic and foreign. Those who would disparage our Constitution are our enemies and traitors. This victory can restore freedom, liberty and assure that “federalism” still exists in our Republic.

God Bless & God Bless the United States

The Trump Card

Donald Trump may be the smartest President we have had for quite some time.

“Apparently, liberals and never-Trumpers are so isolated in their political circles that they have no concept how things work in the real world of business and corporate America. For example, they completely fail to grasp the concept of the “hatchet man.”

Allow me to explain:

Say you are a business tycoon. You just successfully completed a large-scale acquisition and merger, bringing together multiple smaller companies into one conglomerate. After the merger, you want to put your own people in charge of everything. However, all those smaller companies had their own executives – and, at least for the short term – you need to keep many of them around to keep things running. So, you keep many of those executives around, and let them retain their own senior staff. You even appoint one of them – the head of the largest of the companies you acquired – to be the CEO of the conglomerate, and he pledges to get all the departments working together harmoniously.

After a transition period, some of them are doing fine in the new conglomerate – but others are clearly causing trouble. In fact, the one you appointed CEO is clearly a disaster. The newly merged departments are working against each other.

Furthermore, you have good suspicion he is dealing in insider trading – nothing you can take to a prosecutor, but there is a lot of circumstantial evidence building up. Worse, he is not only doing his own dirty dealing, but it appears he may even be leaking intellectual property to your competitors, helping them take market share from you.

Clearly, he has to go – and go now.

Problem is, many of the senior employees in your conglomerate are loyal to him. If you just fire him and put in your own chosen CEO, you know you could get a lot of backlash from disgruntled employees. And in your business, there is such a small profit-margin that you really can’t afford anything at all that threatens performance. So what do you do?

In comes the hatchet man.

The hatchet man is someone you bring in for the sole purpose of slashing the problems and shaking things up over a very short period of time – but doing it in a way that deflects any blame or blowback away from you. As soon as the problems are hacked away, the hatchet man leaves – taking the ire and resentment with him, and leaving you free to bring in your new team for a fresh start.

This happens in the business world all the time. And Donald Trump is a businessman. He knows this. He has lived this We’ve seen him do it on “The Apprentice.” We’ve read about it in his books. This is not a surprise to anyone. Except for liberals and never-Trumpers.

Enter Scaramucci.

Liberals and never-Trumpers see the past two weeks as proof of a Hitler-clown-circus spectacle, as evidence that Trump is unhinged and our government is in the hands of madmen. Anyone who understands the business world and Donald Trump fully understands that what we just witnessed was a perfectly executed hatchet man maneuver.

When Trump won the election, he essentially performed the political equivalent of an acquisition and merger He brought together different political factions – establishment Republicans, conservatives, tea party, religious right, moderates, independents, cross-overs – into one winning political coup. For some, it was a hostile takeover – and if they were going to be dragged in against their will, they would sure as hell resist.

This is where Reince Priebus came in.

Priebus, as the then-chairman of the Republican National Committee, was hired as White House Chief of Staff to be a sort of post-merger CEO. It was his job to bring all these political factions together and get them to work harmoniously. But he failed. Worse, there is ample evidence to suggest he not only failed, but worked against Trump and the Trump agenda. Look at the leaks. Look at all the chaos. Look at all the bureaucracy continuing to work at odds with the president. Priebus – and a number of other people around him – had to go.

Back to Scaramucci.

Donald Trump has known for some time that Priebus was a disaster. He was going to give him his six-month trial period – that’s a fairly common thing in the private sector. After that, heads were going to roll. But Trump himself doesn’t want to be the hatchet man. He needs to be able to lead after the bloodbath. So what does he do? He turns to an old friend he has known for many years – someone with nothing to lose, someone who can step in with a hatchet and hack away, someone who can then just walk away from it all and leave the slate clean. He turned to Scaramucci.

So what does Scaramucci do? He comes in swinging. He fires a few people to make a quick example. He tells others they can “resign” right now if they want to – but if not, they will be fired. Others see what is going on and just up and quit of their own accord.

That problem CEO, Priebus? Oh, the new “structure” of the organization puts Scaramucci in direct competition with Priebus – and Priebus throws up his hands and says “fine, I’m out of here.” And Scaramucci does it all in a way that is spectacularly visible to draw all the fire from Trump critics.

So how does it all end? It ends with Trump putting in his new CEO – the one he probably wanted from day one, but held back – and the new CEO says “OK, Scaramucci – you are no longer needed here.”

Gen. Kelly now has a clean slate to start fresh – and Scaramucci takes all the heat. Where the left and never-Trumpers see a circus freak-show, realists from the business world see a perfectly executed post-merger hatchet-man job.

The political wonks see Kelly taking command as the first sane thing to happen in this administration. They don’t realize they’ve been played, and played perfectly. And soon we will likely see some other changes that move the Executive Branch further towards what Trump has wanted from day one. And then watch the real swamp-drainer get to work. It sucks to be Hillary Clinton right now…

Oh, and Scaramucci? He gets a sweet deal out of all this – no doubt, he and his friend Donald Trump talked it all out first.

Scaramucci was already facing a nasty divorce that would result in the liquidation of his business to divide assets. A little-known law allows people who are legally required to sell a business as a condition of employment in the Executive Branch (to prevent conflicts of interest) to defer the taxes on their profits from the sale.

Scaramucci was going to have to sell his company anyway due to his pending divorce. Now he and his soon-to-be ex-wife just saved $80 million in taxes. So don’t think for a moment all this was an unplanned mess that went awry. Scaramucci and Trump knew exactly what they were doing.

All of this was planned – and foreseen. Not just by me, but by others as well.

Scott Adams wrote before Trump was inaugurated that, to his critics, the first year of Trump would be a play in three acts:

Act One – Trump is literally Hitler.

Act Two – Trump is not literally Hitler, but Trump is incompetent.

Act Three – Trump is not incompetent, but we don’t like his policies.

We’ve seen this play out. From election night up through the first 100 days, the left was out rioting and acting as though Trump taking office was literally the end of Western Civilization.

But after 100 days, when Trump had failed to do evil-dictator things like round up all the brown people and put the gays into camps and force women to stay home and have babies, it became farcical to continue the “Trump is Hitler” narrative.

And so from that 100 day point up until now, it has been the “Trump is incompetent” game. Look at all the chaos. Look at all the leaking. Look at all the tweets. Now, we begin Act Three. With Priebus out and Kelly in, things will settle down. Pretty soon, all the left will have to say is “we just don’t like Trump’s policies.”…Act Three.

And once that happens, the left is dead. Because, Trump’s policies are policies that most Americans actually agree with. We should put America first. Build back our economy. Create jobs. Strengthen the military. Protect the border. Outside a few densely-populated liberal strongholds like New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and – of course – Washington, D.C., Americans in general agree with all of this. So when all the left has to say is “Trump’s policies are wrong,” the left will literally be telling most of America, “you people are stupid.”

Trump will win 47 states in 2020. The left will be scratching their heads and wondering what the hell happened. And you’ll be able to look back and say, “hey, some of us told you all this back in 2017

‘It’s Only a Piece of Cloth’: Flag Day poem

But because of its colors it has been ripped up, slashed spat upon and burned.

Yet, for only a piece of cloth it has the strongest threads ever joined together.

Its threads are tough – because this piece of cloth is a symbol …

It is a symbol of a PEOPLE, a PURPOSE and a PRESERVATION – a Trinity of Trust in a Cause.

Such a symbol will always be reviled and mutilated, but it can never be destroyed.

It is indestructible because this piece of cloth is sewn with the FIBERS OF FREEDOM …

These sturdy threads create such a strength and unity, that no opposing force can split or dissolve them …

For interwoven within the fibers of this piece of cloth is a THOUGHT, a DEED and a SACRIFICE of countless brave individuals.

In short, it is a fusion of sincerity and devotion – all loomed together to form one unique fabric.

Yes, it’s only a piece of cloth …

But it’s the AMERICAN FLAG.

Our Earned Retirement Income

By: BettyJean Downing

The Social Security check is now (or soon will be) referred to as a “Federal Benefit Payment?” I’ll be part of the one percent to forward this. I am forwarding it because it touches a nerve in me, and I hope it will in you. Please keep passing it on until everyone in our country has read it.

The government is now referring to our Social Security checks as a “Federal Benefit Payment.” This isn’t a benefit. It is our money paid out of our earned income! Not only did we all contribute to Social Security but our employers did too. It totaled 15% of our income before taxes.

If you averaged $30K per year over your working life, that’s close to $180,000 invested in Social Security.

If you calculate the future value of your monthly investment in social security ($375/month, including both you and your employers contributions) at a meager 1% interest rate compounded monthly, after 40 years of working you’d have more than $1.3+ million dollars saved!

This is your personal investment. Upon retirement, if you took out only 3% per year, you’d receive $39,318 per year, or $3,277 per month.

That’s almost three times more than today’s average Social Security benefit of $1,230 per month, according to the Social Security Administration. (Google it – it’s a fact).

And your retirement fund would last more than 33 years (until you’re 98 if you retire at age 65)! I can only imagine how much better most average-income people could live in retirement if our government had just invested our money in low-risk interest-earning accounts.

Instead, the folks in Washington pulled off a bigger “Ponzi scheme” than Bernie Madoff ever did. They took our money and used it elsewhere. They forgot (oh yes, they knew) that it was OUR money they were taking. They didn’t have a referendum to ask us if we wanted to lend the money to them. And they didn’t pay interest on the debt they assumed. And recently they’ve told us that the money won’t support us for very much longer.

But is it our fault they misused our investments? And now, to add insult to injury, they’re calling it a “benefit”, as if we never worked to earn every penny of it.

Just because they borrowed the money doesn’t mean that our investments were a charity!

Let’s take a stand. We have earned our right to Social Security and Medicare. Demand that our legislators bring some sense into our government.

Find a way to keep Social Security and Medicare going for the sake of that 92% of our population who need it.

Then call it what it is: Our Earned Retirement Income.

99% of people won’t forward this. Will you? I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again- Democrats & Republicans are two wings from the same vulture! Neither cares about you- they care only for money and votes!

So- is this my Liberal Side, Conservative side or an example of common sense? I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again- Democrats & Republicans are two winds from the same vulture! Neither cares about you- they care only for money and votes! #DrainTheSWAMP #VoterImposedTermLimits #MAGA

No Borders, No Language, No Culture = No Country.

by: BJ Downing

The comments below were contained in and email ( author unknown) that reflects how many people feel today. And it echoes my sentiments and those of most of my friends; Republican, Independent and Democrat exactly! Most voting Citizens are Independents these days but are forced to declare with one party of the other in order to vote- in this 2 party system of so called Representative Democracy. Then there is the lemmings on both sides- who vote party lines without concern for the country and irrespective of common sense.

Thank God for Independent voters who can think out of the party box. We the People who can think and put the country first, can see to #drain the swamp #DTS in DC. We the People demand “Voter Imposed Term Limits # VITL in order to #Make America Great Again #MAGA.  Please tweet and retweet #MAGA, # VITL , #DTS

Make America Great Again .

Reprinted BJ Downing (I am not sure of the original author)

I am now in my 60’s. Recently I received a questionnaire and request for money from the Republican Party and strongly agree with every question, as I have since Obama was elected.

Unfortunately the one question that was missing is: What have the Republicans done for the American people?

We gave you a majority in the House and Senate, and you never listened to us. Now you want our money, my money, more money. You should be more concerned about our votes, not our money.

You are the establishment which means all you want is to save your jobs and line your pockets. Well guess what? It’s not going to happen.

So far, TRUMP hasn’t asked for a dime.

You might think we are fools because you feel Trump is on a self-destruct course, but look beyond Washington and listen to the masses. Nobody has achieved what he has, especially in the state of New York.

Here’s why I want Trump.

Yes, he’s a bit of an ass; yes, he’s an egomaniac; but I don’t care.
The country is a mess because politicians suck.
The Republican Party is two-faced and gutless, and illegal’s are everywhere.
I want it all fixed!
I don’t care that Trump is crude.
I don’t care that he insults people.
I don’t care that he has changed positions.
I don’t care that he’s been married 3 times.
I don’t care that he fights with Megan Kelly and Rosie O’Donnell.
I don’t care that he doesn’t know the name of some Muslimterrorist.

Our country has become weak, and bankrupt. Our enemies are making fun of us. We are being invaded by illegal’s. We are becoming a nation of victims where every Tom, Ricardo and Hassid is a special group with special rights to a point where we don’t even recognize the country we were born and raised in, “AND I JUST WANT IT FIXED.”

And Trump is the only guy who seems to understand what We The People want and need.

I’m sick of politicians, sick of the Democratic Party, the Republican Party, and sick of illegal’s. I just want this thing fixed.

Trump may not be a saint, but he doesn’t have lobbyist money controlling him; he doesn’t have political correctness restraining him; all you know is that he has been very successful; a good negotiator; he has built a lot of things; and, he’s also not a politician.

And, he says he’ll fix it. And, I believe him because he is too much of an egotist to be proven wrong or looked at and called a liar.

I don’t care if the guy has bad hair.

You are welcome to pass this on, or not.

Thought for the Day “No country can sustain, in idleness, more than a small percentage of its numbers. The great majority must labor at something productive!”

I sure hopes this goes to everyone.

Early Slave Labor  I urge you to read The ugly truth about An evil of civilization

It is clearly a fault of the human condition, it is not only the ugly thing white Americans did to black africans, NO it is what powerful men did to all of our ancestors because they were powerful enough to do so!

I ask you to read this and realize that we were all once slaves and we can’t change that history or tear down all that was build by our slave ancestors nor can we expect reparations, or carry a grudge! Coming up and out of slavery is part of the character and backbone a free person uses to move ahead, to learn from and to never repeat the same mistakes.

There is no one alive to forgive nor anyone alive to repay any living soul for the blood, sweat and tears of all our ancestors. I am proud to be FREE and I will fight to the death to keep America The land of the Free and the home of the Brave.

Free and Brave citizens  don’t hate one another for something done to an ancestor in the past. We are the highest form of life and bear the lowest form of anger, resentment and ugliness.

African Americans should be proud to be Americans – where slavery has been abolished – not so around the world!

Keep reminders of U.S. history, good or bad

Rioting, violence and property destruction of the past year brings back memories of what took place in Germany in the 1930s and 1940s.

The 3rd Reich and Hitler burned books to erase history and culture. In today’s world, public property is destroyed. I always thought the flags and statues of the confederacy and of the men and women who formed our country, whether good or bad, were reminders of what our history was.

We cannot change what has happened in past years, but we sure as hell can learn from it. Our country is on a path of self-destruction.

Many of the same men who formed this country and wrote the Constitution and the Bill of Rights were slave owners. At that point in history, it was a way of life.

Americans must stop judging history by today’s standards. Instead, we need to change peacefully whatever wrongs are left from the past. What’s next? Burning all the history books?

I ask, why aren’t people who destroy public property arrested? My country no longer exists. America today mirrors what we see in other countries in regard to civil unrest and revolution.

Politicians are worthless — all mouth and no action. I am sad my country is in self-destruct mode.  Where, oh where, has my America gone?
